Steps:

  • Add the water, ice, sliced strawberries, sugar and fresh lemon juice to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  • Pour into a pitcher.
  • Serve and garnish with fresh strawberries or lemons.

16 ounces frozen sliced strawberries in syrup
2 cups apple juice
16 ice cubes

Steps:

  • Place all the ingredients into a blender and puree at high speed until the mixture turns slushy.
  • Pour the drink into two plastic sports cups or other containers, filling to within once inch of the rims. Freeze overnight.
  • Remove the containers from the freezer just prior to leaving for the ball park.

4 cups fresh strawberries
2 cups fat-free vanilla ice cream, softened
1 package (.3 ounces) sugar-free strawberry gelatin
1/2 cup boiling water
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 liters diet lemon-lime soda, chilled
Additional fresh strawberries, optional

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, mash strawberries; add ice cream. In a small bowl, dissolve gelatin in water; stir in lemon juice. Add to the strawberry mixture and mix well. Pour into a 1-1/2-qt. freezer container; cover and freeze overnight. , Remove from the freezer 15 minutes before serving. Spoon into glasses; add soda. Garnish with strawberries if desired.
