SLOW-COOKER WHITE CHOCOLATE HOT COCOA
Whether you serve it spiked or piled high with whipped cream, this tasty twist on cocoa will warm your guests to their toes.

Steps:
- In 4-quart slow cooker, place baking chips, milk, heavy cream and vanilla.
- Cover; cook on Low heat setting 2 to 2 1/2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes. Serve immediately, or decrease to Warm heat setting to keep hot until ready to serve.
- Add 1 oz coffee liquor to cup before pouring hot cocoa into cup. Top each serving with whipped cream and miniature marshmallows.

Steps:
- Set a 6-quart slow cooker on Low or Warm and add chocolate chips. Cook until melted, 1 to 2 hours, checking frequently.
- Stir in milk and cream, about 1 cup at a time, and continue to cook, making sure mixture stays hot and melted until all the milk is used and incorporated, about 4 hours.
- Pour in marshmallows and continue to cook on Low or Warm, stirring frequently, until all is smooth and marshmallows are melted, about 2 hours. Serve with a ladle.
