2 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup Frank's™ RedHot™ Buffalo Wings Sauce (from 12-oz jar)
3/4 cup ranch dressing
1 package (11.5 oz) Old El Paso™ flour tortillas for burritos (8 tortillas)
3 cups shredded lettuce

Steps:

  • In 1 1/2-quart slow cooker, place chicken; sprinkle with salt.
  • Cover; cook 6 to 7 hours (if slow cooker has heat settings, use Low).
  • With slotted spoon, remove chicken from slow cooker and place on cutting board; discard liquid in slow cooker. In slow cooker, mix buffalo wing sauce and 1/4 cup of the ranch dressing. With 2 forks, shred chicken. Return chicken to slow cooker; stir gently to mix with sauce.
  • To serve, spread each tortilla with 1 tablespoon remaining ranch dressing; top each with about 1/2 cup chicken mixture and about 1/3 cup lettuce. Roll up tortilla; secure with toothpicks.

Steps:

  • Place chicken in a 1 1/2-quart slow cooker, sprinkle with salt. Cover; cook 6 to 7 hours on low. 2 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 (15 ounce) can Manwich® Original Sloppy Joe Sauce
¼ cup hot pepper sauce
2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
⅔ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons ranch dip mix
2 cups thinly sliced celery
1 ½ cups carrots, chopped
12 (12 inch) flour tortillas
3 cups shredded romaine or Bibb lettuce
1 teaspoon Blue cheese crumbles

Steps:

  • Spray inside of 4.5-quart slow cooker with cooking spray; place chicken in slow cooker. Stir together Manwich, hot sauce and brown sugar in small bowl; pour over chicken. Cook on LOW 4 to 5 hours or HIGH 3 to 4 hours, until chicken is tender.
  • Stir together yogurt and ranch powder in medium bowl. Stir in celery and carrot until well combined; set aside. Remove chicken from slow cooker. Shred chicken with two forks and return to sauce in slow cooker.
  • To serve: Build wraps with about 1/2 cup chicken, 1/4 cup celery slaw, 1/4 cup shredded lettuce and blue cheese, if desired. Serve immediately.

1 (12 ounce) bottle cayenne pepper sauce (such as Frank's® RedHot®)
1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
1 head Boston lettuce leaves

Steps:

  • Put chicken into the crock of a slow cooker.
  • Stir cayenne pepper sauce and ranch dressing mix together in a bowl until smooth; pour over chicken.

Who knew low-fat and low-carb could be THIS delicious?? Best part about this recipe is that it cooks in the crockpot, so you can throw it together and walk away. This one is a staple in our house!

4 - chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
1 - celery stalk
1/2 - onion, diced
1 - clove of garlic
16 ounce(s) chicken broth, low-fat, low-sodium
1/2 cup(s) hot cayenne pepper sauce (i use frank's red hot)
6 - large lettuce leaves
1 1/2 cup(s) carrots, shredded (optional)

Steps:

  • In your crockpot, combine the chicken, celery stalk, onions, garlic and broth. Make sure your chicken is covered in liquid - if you don't have enough broth, add some water. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
  • Remove chicken from the pot, reserve 1/2 cup of the liquid, discard the rest. Shred the chicken with two forks, put it back in the slow cooker, add the 1/2 cup of saved liquid, and the hot sauce. Cook on high for an additional 30 minutes.
  • To put the wraps together, place desired amount of shredded chicken in a leaf of lettuce, and top with shredded carrots. Wrap up and dig in!
