2 lbs chicken breast (or chicken tenderloins)
21 oz Cream of Chicken Soup ((2-10.5 cans))
2 tablespoons Mayo
1.5 teaspoons Curry Powder
1/2 cup Chicken Stock
16 oz Bag Frozen Broccoli Florets (thawed)

Steps:

  • Place your chicken and broccoli in the bottom of a 4-6 quart slow cooker.
  • In a medium bowl mix together soup, mayo, curry powder(*SEE NOTE) and stock.
  • Pour mixture over the top of your chicken,
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours. (If using tenders or if your slow cooker cooks hot, your dish could be done in as little as 4-5 hours).

One Whole Chicken Cut Up
2 Large Vidalia Onions diced.
Tomato Sauce
2 cans of crushed tomatoes
3 cans of tomato sauce
2 cans of tomato paste with garlic (we used the garlic-infused tomato paste if you can't find it just use regular paste
1 cup of red dry wine
1/2 cup of sugar
1/4 olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
1 1/2 cups of water
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Brown onions in olive oil, then add to tomato sauce recipe. Let cook in slow-cooker for about 1 hour. Add chicken, let cook for another 4-5 hours until chicken is tender and well cooked. I cooked the chicken on high for about 3 hours then lowered to low setting for the remaining time.

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and Pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Place your chicken in the bottom of a 4 quart slow cooker.
  • Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil over your chicken.
  • Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl and sprinkle half of your seasoning mixture over your chicken.
  • Flip your chicken and sprinkle with remaining mixture.
  • Cover and cook on low for 2.5-4 hours on low or 1 hour 15 minutes to 2 hours on high. (Check with a meat thermometer to make sure your chicken reaches proper internal cooking temperature.)

6 boneless chicken breast halves (frozen)
8 ounces Italian salad dressing (trust me)
10 3/4 ounces cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
8 ounces cream cheese, softened (who said it was healthy?)
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon thyme
salt and pepper, to taste

Steps:

  • In your crock pot, combine chicken breasts & dressing. Cover & cook on low for 6 -7 hours- you want it good and tender & juicy.
  • Drain juices and shred chicken meat.
  • In a medium bow- mix soup, broth, cream cheese, basil, thyme & S & P. Pour over slow cooker chicken. Continue to cook on low for one hour.
  • Now, you're ready to serve over pasta or eat it plain. Steamed broccoli is a perfect mate for this dish. Aren't crock pots just the most wonderful cooking companion? Enjoy.
