HONEY SESAME PORK TENDERLOIN
We love this variation of pork tenderloin. It's excellent served over rice. Delicious! The prep time does not include marinating, which is 2 hours. Enjoy!

Steps:
- Combine soy sauce, ginger, garlic and sesame oil.
- Place tenderloin in a resealable plastic food storage bag and pour the soy sauce mixture into it.
- Marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator. **I do not recommend marinating this any longer than 2 hours - as the pork will become too salty tasting**.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Remove pork from marinade and pat dry with a paper towel.
- Mix honey and brown sugar on a plate. (You could use a whisk if you're having trouble mixing these ingredients.).
- Place sesame seeds on another plate.
- Roll pork in honey mixture and then roll in the sesame seeds.
- Roast in a shallow pan for 20 to 30 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part registers 160 degrees.
- Suggested to serve over rice.

Here is a different and very tasty way to make tenderloin...I make this often at our house, this is one of my husband's favorite pork dishes. Note: the longer the pork marinates, the better it will be.....prep time includes marinade time.

PORK TENDERLOIN W/ HONEY AND SESAME SEED AND PEACH AVOCADO SALSA
This is a tender and tasty way to prepare pork tenderloin. I've made it with the salsa in the summer(yummy!) and I've made it without the salsa when peaches were not in season. Prep time does not include the 6+ hours to marinate.

HOISIN SESAME PORK TENDERLOIN
This is the meal we have when I'm feeling completely lazy. It's so easy, I'm almost ashamed to post! The pork turns out so juicy and flavorful. We've added a small amount of grated ginger to the sauce, but really prefer it "plain."

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Line a baking pan with foil.
- Put the tenderloin (s) into the baking sheet.
- Spread hoisin sauce over the pork tenderloin (s) rubbing the sauce into the meat lightly with your fingers.
- Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds over the pork tenderloins, turning the tenderloin to cover completely.
- Roast in the middle of the oven for about 20 to 30 minutes.
- The shorter time will yield a slightly pinkish middle, the longer time will be more well-done.
- Serve with rice.
- Sauce can be thickened with cornstarch-- if there isn't enough juice from cooking the tenderloin, just add a bit of hoisin sauce and warm with the pork juices.

Steps:
- Put the ginger and garlic into a mini-chopper or food processor. Pulse until finely chopped. Remove to a bowl. Add the soy sauce, brown sugar, green onions, cilantro, seasoned rice wine vinegar, olive oil, sesame oil. Stir to combine. Remove and reserve (for basting) 1/4 cup of this marinade. 2 Place pork tenderloin into a marinating bag or bowl and cover with the remaining marinade. Marinate at room temp for an hour, while you prepare your grill. 3 Prepare your grill for both direct and indirect heat. When your grill is ready (you should be able to hold your hand an inch above the grill grates on the hot side for only one second), remove the tenderloin from the marinade and brush the tenderloin with olive oil. 4 Place tenderloin on grill on direct high heat. After the tenderloin sears on one side, turn it to sear on another side. Keep turning until the tenderloin has been nicely browned on all sides. Baste the tenderloin with reserved marinade while you grill it. u

SMOKED PORK TENDERLOIN WITH SESAME PEPPER JELLY
Another recipe from my Oregon Jr. League cookbook. This sounds amazing. The recipe as written serves 8 to 10, either for a dinner party or enough for a leftovers dinner or two. It sounds like it can easily be reduced. Note: Jelly needs 2 hours to set, this time is reflected in prep time.
