1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Dash garlic powder

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°. Place tilapia in a greased 11x7-in. baking dish; drizzle with butter. In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle over fillets., Bake, covered, 10 minutes. Uncover; bake until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, 5-8 minutes.

Found in Taste of Home Quick Cooking. It is a simple, easy and a light dinner. You could use any kind of white fish and I would think it would still be delicious...I used 3 small talapia fillets. I also added some fresh garlic and some (about 1/4 cup) of white wine in pan.

1 teaspoon steak seasoning
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning, or to taste
1 teaspoon ground cumin, or to taste
1 teaspoon paprika, or to taste
1 teaspoon dried mustard, or to taste

4 (4 ounce) fillets tilapia
cooking spray

Steps:

  • Mix olive oil, lemon pepper, cumin, paprika, dried mustard, and garlic powder together in a small bowl. Brush each tilapia fillet with mixture using a pastry brush. Flip; brush the other side. Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate for 1 hour.
