BASTING SAUCE FOR GRILLED FISH
This is not a marinade it is used to baste while grilling and works well with all fish, I have used it on salmon and halibut with great results... this is very good!

Steps:
- In a small saucepan combine all ingredients; cook over low heat until the sugar is dissolved; cool.
- Before grilling the fish coat both sides in the sauce.
- Place on grill and continue to baste frequently.
- Grilling time for thicker cuts of fish is about 7-9 minutes.

- Preheat grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Whisk Catalina salad dressing, melted butter, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and dill together in a bowl. Brush over the salmon fillets.
- Cook salmon on the preheated grill, basting regularly with the sauce, until the flesh flakes easily with a fork, about 15 minutes.

- In a small bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients; set aside 1/4 cup. Thread shrimp onto 8 metal or soaked wooden skewers., Grill shrimp, covered, over medium heat 3-5 minutes on each side or until shrimp turn pink, basting occasionally with butter mixture. Remove from grill; brush with reserved butter mixture.
