SCALLOPED APPLE BAKE

Steps:

• 1. Combine butter, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, zest and pecans and stuffing mix.
• 2. Combine apples, cranberry sauce and juice.
• 3. Mix 1/2 of stuffing mixture into apples, cranberry sauce and juice.
• 4. Spread into a buttered casserole dish.
• 5. Sprinkle rest of stuffing mixture over top.
• 6. Bake @ 375 for 40 minutes.
