When I was a teenager, our sunday school class would have sleep overs and weekend long bible studies... We all wanted to stay at Ms. Overstreet's house because she made the best breakfast!

Steps:
- 1. Brown sausage in skillet and drain.(While your sausage is browning, you can seperate english muffins in half and lay them out on baking sheet.)
- 2. Pour cheese whiz over sausage and mix together.
- 3. Top each half of English muffin with mixture.
- 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Excellent to freeze and bake as needed.

- In a large skillet, cook sausage and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in pizza sauce and mushrooms., Place bread slices on a 15x10x1-in. baking pan; spoon 2 tablespoons of sausage mixture on each. Top each with a half slice of cheese. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
