SALMON WITH CREAMY DILL SAUCE

Salmon with Creamy Dill Sauce image

There's nothing like fresh salmon, and my mom bakes it just right so it nearly melts in your mouth. The sour cream dill sauce is subtly seasoned with horseradish so that it doesn't overpower the delicate salmon flavor. -Susan Emery, Everett, Washington

SAUCE THAT GOES WITH EVERYTHING

Sauce That Goes With Everything image

(or just about!) This is a simple sauce I created that we've used for many things, and it's especially handy if you don't want to make a side of veggies- makes meals heartier. We love it on pork chops, chicken, and pasta. You could even put it in a roll for a sandwich- because it's thick/chunky. Hope you like!
