4 ounces Barbados rum or amber rum
2 ounces triple sec
2 lemons, juiced
5 ounces pineapple juice
5 ounces orange juice
2 ounces Bermuda falernum or simple sugar syrup
4 dashes Angostura bitters
Cracked ice

Steps:

  • Add all the ingredients to a pitcher with a tight-fitting lid. Shake vigorously until a frothing head appears. Strain into cocktail glasses and let the fun begin.

Number Of Ingredients 5

8 ounces Jamaican rum
4 ounces fresh lime juice
2 ounces simple syrup
A dash of Angostura bitters
Freshly grated nutmeg, and a sprig of mint

Steps:

  • Combine 8 ounces Jamaican rum, 4 ounces fresh lime juice, and 2 ounces simple syrup in a measuring glass; cover and chill. Divide mixture among 4 Collins glasses. Fill 1 glass with crushed ice and push a swizzle stick or bar spoon just below surface of the ice. Rapidly roll stick between your palms, working your way down and pulling up occasionally to blend cocktail, until chilled, about 10 seconds. Top off with more ice, doming above rim; finish with a dash of Angostura bitters, freshly grated nutmeg, and a sprig of mint. Repeat with remaining drinks.
