4 8-oz Boneless pork chops
1 tsp Sea salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 large Onion ((sliced into thin half moons))
2 cloves Garlic ((minced))
1 tbsp Fresh thyme ((or 1 tsp dried thyme))
1 cup Chicken broth, reduced sodium
1.5 oz Cream cheese ((cut into small chunks))

Steps:

  • Season the pork chops on both sides with sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
  • Heat the olive oil in a dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and sear on both sides, about 3 minutes per side without moving, until browned. Transfer the pork chops to a plate and set aside.
  • Reduce heat to medium-low or medium. Using the same dutch oven, saute the sliced onions for 15-20 minutes, until caramelized.
  • Once the onions are caramelized, preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Add the minced garlic and thyme leaves to the dutch oven. Saute for about a minute, until fragrant.
  • Add the chicken broth to the dutch oven. Scrape any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Bring to a gentle boil, then simmer for about 2-3 minutes, until it gets thicker and the volume is reduced by at least 1/4.
  • Remove from heat. Add the cream cheese. Stir in the cream cheese until it melts into the sauce.
  • Return the pork chops to the dutch oven and spoon the sauce and onions over them. Cover with the lid and bake for 20-25 minutes, until cooked through. (Time will vary depending on the thickness of your pork chops - use a thermometer to check and cook to 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).)

6 bone-in pork loin chops (3/4-inch thick and 8 ounces each)
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 cup sour cream, divided
2/3 cup chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1 can (2.8 ounces) french-fried onions, divided

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a shallow bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper. Add pork chops, 1 at a time, and turn to coat. , In a large skillet, brown pork chops in oil on both sides. Arrange in a single layer in an ungreased 13x9-in. baking dish. In a large bowl, combine soup, 1/2 cup sour cream, broth, ginger and rosemary; pour over chops. 1 tablespoon minced garlic
5 boneless pork chops
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup

Steps:

1 cup all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon garlic powder

1 cup bread crumbs
¼ cup vegetable oil
½ cup butter
2 medium shallots, diced

1 cup mushrooms, sliced

2 lbs pork chops (1/2 inch bone in)
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
5 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons salted butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 9×13 pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place pork chops into baking pan.
  • In a small bowl stir dijon mustard, rosemary, garlic, honey and butter together. Microwave 30 seconds to 1 minute or until butter has melted completely.
  • Pour half the sauce overtop pork chops, and spread using the back of a spoon.
