Roasted Buffalo Potato Wedges is the perfect recipe for those of us who like our food a little spicy. Easy to make with ingredients like potatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, butter, and hot sauce.

4 large potatoes, cut into wedges (I use Ukon Gold)
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup hot sauce (I use Frank's)
Ranch dressing or ketchup

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Wash the potatoes and scrub the skin well. Dry the potatoes and cut into wedges.
  • In a bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil until they are thoroughly coated.
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the wedges on the paper. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake the potato wedges for 15 mintues. Remove the tray and flip the potatoes. Bake for another 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, cook the butter over a low heat until the butter is melted. When the wedges are done baking, toss them with the butter hot sauce.
  • Serve immediately with Ranch dressing or ketchup.

1-1/2 lb. large baking potato es (about 3)
5 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 jar (15 oz.) CLASSICO Spicy Tomato & Parmesan Cream Pasta Sauce
8 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425°F.
  • Cut each potato into 8 wedges; place in large bowl. Add oil and pepper; toss until potatoes are evenly coated with oil mixture.
  • Spread into single layer on large rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 50 min. or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, turning potatoes every 15 min. About 5 min. before potatoes are done, cook pasta sauce and bacon in saucepan on medium heat until heated through, stirring frequently.
  • Drizzle pasta sauce mixture over potatoes.

2 russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into 8 long wedges
3 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 475 degrees F.
  • Toss the potato wedges with the olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a bowl. Lay the potatoes on a baking sheet and cook until golden brown on each side, flipping halfway through, about 12 minutes per side.
