Yield 4 (1/2 cup or 2 ounce) servings

Number Of Ingredients 7

4 medium garlic cloves, skin on
1 teaspoon kosher salt
3 sprigs flat leaf parsley (1/4 cup leaves)
1 cup ricotta
1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
