1 cup sliced frozen banana
1 1/2 cups pitted frozen cherries
1 1/2 cups almond milk or 1 1/2 cups cashew milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch sea salt

Steps:

  • Blend all ingredients together in a blender until thick and creamy. Serve.
  • If you like your smoothies a bit sweeter, add some agave, honey or maple syrup to taste.

3/4 cup low-fat vanilla soymilk
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
3 ice cubes

Steps:

  • Put first three ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker.
  • Puree until smooth.
  • Add the ice cubes, and puree until smooth again.
