¼ cup cream cheese, at room temperature
½ cup raspberry preserves
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 lemon, zested
1 lemon, juiced

Steps:

  • In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, mix together both the Mascarpone and cream cheese until smooth. If you don't have a stand mixer, use a mixing bowl and a handheld mixer.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth once more.
