A really scrummy cocktail and just perfect to start off a night out with the laydeez. if you have access to a Marks a Spencer, you can use their 'Raspberry and Pomegranate Fizz' instead of champagne. You can, of course, use any sparkling wine also.

45 ml raspberry vodka
22 1/2 ml Chambord raspberry liquor
45 ml pineapple juice
champagne
fresh raspberry

Steps:

  • Place the vodka, chambord and pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
  • Strain into a champagne flute and top with champagne.
  • Garnish with a raspberry.
  • Drink up!

2 ounces cranberry juice
1 ounce vodka
1/2 ounce raspberry liquer
Ice
1 ounce champagne or sparkling wine
Fresh cranberries and raspberries for garnish

Steps:

  • Combine cranberry juice, vodka and raspberry liquer in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and then strain into a chilled martini glass. Top with champagne and garnish with cranberries and raspberries.
