1 (19 ounce) can no salt-added kidney beans
1 cup salsa
1 cup water
4 small flour tortillas, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
1 cup CRACKER BARREL Shredded Light Tex Mex Cheese
⅓ cup light sour cream
⅓ cup chopped green onions

Steps:

  • Brown meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain.
  • Add next 4 ingredients; stir. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
