Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375℉ (190℃). Beat margarine and sugars until creamy. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla; beat well. Add flour, baking soda and salt, mix well. Stir in oats, chocolate morsels and nuts; mix well. Drop by rounded measuring tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake cookies 9 to 10 minutes for chewy and 12 to 13 for crispy. Cool 1 min on cookie sheet; move to wire rack. Cool completely.

2 stick butter, softened
1 c brown sugar
1/2 c white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt (optional)
3 c quaker oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 350 F. in large bowl, beat butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; mix well. Add oats and chocolate chips; mix well.
  • 2. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  • 3. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets; remove to wire rack. Cool completely. store tightly covered.

1 cup packed light brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups quick-cooking oats
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; stir into the creamed mixture until just blended. Mix in the quick oats, walnuts, and chocolate chips.
