2 (3.9-oz.) pkgs. Jell-O Pumpkin Spice Instant Pudding
1 cup cold milk
1 cup Baileys Pumpkin Spice Liqueur
1 cup Pinnacle Whipped Vodka
1 (16-oz.) tub Cool Whip, thawed
graham cracker crumbs, optional for garnish
50 plastic condiment cups

Steps:

  • Using an electric mixer, whisk together the instant pudding mix, milk, and Baileys in a large mixing bowl until thoroughly combined.
  • Stir the vodka into the pudding mixture.
  • Fold in the Cool Whip until well combined.
  • Divide mixture into 2-oz. plastic cups with lids using a medium cookie scoop, leaving some room for expansion.
  • Refrigerate or freeze until ready to serve.
  • Garnish with graham cracker crumbs as desired when serving.

1 cup cold water
1/3 cup canned pumpkin
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/3 cup butterscotch schnapps liqueur
1/4 cup vodka
1-1/2 teaspoons heavy whipping cream
Sweetened whipped cream

Steps:

  • In a small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over cold water; let stand 1 minute. Heat and stir over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved. 1 cup heavy whipping cream, divided
1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 cup canned pumpkin
Additional pumpkin pie spice for garnish
Gingersnaps, optional

Steps:

  • In a bowl, combine milk, 1/2 cup cream, pudding mix and pie spice; whisk until thickened and smooth, about 2 minutes. Stir in pumpkin.
