1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
2 cups cold milk
1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding, or any flavor
1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
20 whole graham crackers, broken crosswise into squares (40 squares)

Steps:

  • Beat cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Gradually add milk, beating until well blended. Add pudding mix; beat 2 minutes. Gently stir in whipped topping.
  • Spoon about 1/4 cup of the pudding mixture onto each of 20 graham squares; top with remaining graham squares to form sandwiches. Wrap each sandwich individually in plastic wrap.
  • Freeze at least 4 hours or until firm.

1 1/2 cups cold milk
1 package (1 ounce) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 cup miniature marshmallows
24 whole graham crackers, halved
5 tablespoons miniature semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set. Fold in whipped topping and marshmallows. Spread over half of the graham crackers; top with remaining crackers. Place the chocolate chips in a shallow bowl. Press edges of each sandwich into chips. Wrap individually in plastic wrap; place in an airtight container and freeze. Remove from the freezer about 5 minutes before serving. Yield: 2 dozen.

Steps:

A wonderful, very rich pudding recipe that is one of our family's favorites. My husband's grandma makes it every Thanksgiving and Christmas. This delicious dessert never lasts long, and it's very filling, too.

½ cup butter, melted
½ cup brown sugar
24 graham crackers, crushed
1 quart milk
1 pinch salt
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup white sugar
¼ cup cornstarch
3 egg whites
1 teaspoon confectioners' sugar

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • In a medium bowl, mix butter, brown sugar, and 2/3 of the crushed graham crackers. Press lightly into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, mix milk, salt, egg yolks, vanilla, white sugar, and cornstarch. Stirring constantly, cook until thickened, about 12 minutes. Pour into the baking dish.
  • In a medium bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form, then mix in confectioners' sugar. Spoon over the mixture in the baking dish, and top with remaining crushed graham crackers.
