Steps:
- Place bacon in the bottom of a pressure cooker and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 8 minutes. Add onions; saute for 1 minute. Add green beans; toss until coated in bacon grease. Add water.
- Close cooker securely and place pressure regulator over vent according to manufacturer's instructions. Heat until steam escapes in a steady flow, about 5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 5 minutes. Let pressure release naturally according to manufacturer's instructions, 5 to 10 minutes. Unlock lid and remove. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

- Place all ingredients into pressure cooker and stir.
- Bring cooker to pressure and reduce heat to the lowest temperature that will still maintain a jiggle
- Cook for 3-4 minutes - 5 minutes if you like your beans extra soft.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
- Reduce pressure under cool running water.

- Turn on a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot®) and select Saute function. Add bacon and cook until almost crispy, about 8 minutes. Take your time cooking the bacon in order to render out all the fat. Add onions and cook, stirring frequently, until soft and translucent, about 3 minutes.
- Pour in vinegar and scrape up the brown bits from the bottom of the pot. Pour in beans and their liquid; season with salt and pepper. Stir in radishes. Close and lock the lid. Select high pressure according to manufacturer's instructions; set timer for 5 minutes. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for pressure to build.
- Release pressure carefully using the quick-release method according to manufacturer's instructions, about 5 minutes. Unlock and remove the lid.
