Steps:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside. Melt milk chocolate chips as directed on package, being careful not to scorch them. Pour melted chocolate out on the parchment paper and spread out to about a 1/4" thickness. Immediately, sprinkle the crumbled potato chips over the top. Place in the freezer to harden, 15-20 minutes. Drizzle melted white chocolate over the top of the potato chips. (I cut a tiny corner off a plastic ziptop bag.) Return to freezer for another 20 minutes, or until hardened. Break or snap into irregular pieces; place on a serving plate and serve.

- Place milk in a shallow bowl.
- In another shallow bowl, combine potato chips, parmesan cheese, thyme, garlic powder, pepper.
- Dip fish in milk, then with the potato chip mixture.
- Sprinkle a greased 8-inch square baking dish with crumbs; drizzle with butter.
- Bake uncovered at 500 degrees for 12-14 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

- 1.Coat cookie sheet with 1 Tbs. butter.
- 2.In a 2 quart dish, microwave almond bark until melted.
- 3.Mix in chips and stir gently until all chips are coated.
- 4.Add nuts and stir gently.
- 5.Pour onto buttered cookie sheet and spread evenly.
- 6.Refrigerate until firm.
- 7.Cut into pieces and store in a cool dry place.

- To Marinate: Put chicken breasts in a nonporous glass dish or bowl. Drizzle melted butter or margarine over chicken and season with salt and ground black pepper. Cover dish and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Put potato chip crumbs in a shallow dish or bowl. Roll chicken in crumbs until well coated, then place in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
