HONEY GLAZED PORK TENDERLOIN

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
- In a bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and balsamic vinegar.
- Place the pork tenderloins in a roasting pan, and roast 15 minutes in the preheated oven.
- Remove pork from oven, and baste with the honey sauce. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and continue roasting pork 45 minutes, basting occasionally with the honey sauce, to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

- Preheat oven to 425°. Combine salt and pepper; rub over pork. Place in a 13x9-in. baking pan coated with cooking spray. Place one sprig of rosemary under the pork and one on top. Bake, uncovered, 10 minutes., Meanwhile, in a saucepan, heat preserves and horseradish until preserves are melted; stir until blended. Remove top rosemary sprig. Brush pork with 1/4 cup pineapple sauce. Bake 10-20 minutes longer or until thermometer reads 145°. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with remaining sauce.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Combine the first three ingredients; rub over pork. In a large ovenproof skillet, brown pork in canola oil on all sides., In a small bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil; spoon over pork. Steps:
- 1. heat oven to 425. Place foil in a medium sized baking pan, lightly spray w/ cooking spray. If grilling, set the grill to med-high.
- 2. Place pork in pan and season w/ salt and pepper. Cook 30 mins. If grilling, grill pork, ( watching carefully it doesn't overcook,) about 25 mins. When pork is done, cover and keep warm while making the sauce.
- 3. In lg saucepan, over medium heat, heat oil until hot. Add shallots and garlic. Cook until tender. Stir in grape halves, soy sauce, honey, ginger and 5-spice powder. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring, for about 15 mins. Let cool. Place sauce in blender or food processor. Blend or process until smooth. Slice pork and place on platter. Spoon some of the sauce over the pork slices. Serve the remaining sauce alongside the pork.
