PORK AND NOODLE CASSEROLE
A hearty casserole with ground pork instead of ground beef. Compliments of Better homes and gardens recipe cards.

Steps:
- Cook ground pork and onion until meat is done and onion is tender.
- Drain.
- Stir in remaining ingredients EXCEPT the cheese.
- Turn into ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
- Bake covered at 350 for 40 minutes or until heated through.
- Sprinkle with cheese
- Return to oven and bake another 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
PORK AND NOODLE CASSEROLE
Steps:
- Brown pork in frying pan. Add and cook onion and green pepper. Pour off excess grease. Add soup and soup can of water and cooked noodles. Slice cheese -add half and stir until melted. Put in casserole dish and arrange remaining cheese on top. Bake in 325 degree oven for about 1 hour (can be less if in a hurry).
