POPPYSEED FRUIT SALAD
An easy way to dress up fruit salad. I've also made fruit kabobs this way, which is pretty to take to parties. I get whatever fruit is in season & on sale! :) This dressing makes more than you need for the salad, but I love it & use it on sandwiches, greens, etc.

Steps:
- Blend the sugar, vinegar, salt & onion. Slowly pour in the oil & blend together. Then add the poppyseeds.
- Slowly pour over the fruit, stirring gently, until you have the amount of dressing you want. I usually use less than half of the dressing, as it gives it a lovely zing, but not overpowering the natural fruit flavors.
- Serve & enjoy!
