1/2 c honey (more may be added after tasteing)
SALAD
1 romaine lettuce, sliced
1 c strawberries, fresh, sliced
1 large cucumber, sliced
1 c bag dole chopped "Asian blend" (it contains red cabbage sliced, broccoli slaw, shredded carrots, kale, snap peas and green cabbage all chopped)

1/3 c chopped walnuts (or any nuts you want or not)
2 sliced hard boiled eggs (if you want)

Steps:

  • 1. Wash, rinse and chop all salad ingredients. Set aside in the refrigerator.
  • 2. Make your hard boiled eggs, if you are using them. Set aside and put in salad before applying the dressing.

I use a serving bowl and small ladle for the salad, each person can use what they like. If it's the whole salad, I put the dressing on just before everyone sits down. This salad is also excellent with adding in grilled chicken slices, crab meat, shrimp cut up and anything you feel you would like to try on top of it. Enjoy.
