1 cup baby spinach
5 cups chopped romaine
3 cups chopped pineapple

Steps:

  • Press spinach, romaine, and pineapple through a juice extractor. Stir and serve immediately.

The mint in this juice ties together the sweet pineapple and tart green apple so well that you won't even notice the spinach.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1/2 lemon
3 cups spinach
2 Granny Smith apples, sliced
2 cups cubed pineapple
8 mint leaves

Steps:

  • Juice the lemon using a manual citrus juicer. Juice the remaining ingredients in a juicer, and then combine with the lemon juice. Store in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
