1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple
1 package (6 ounces) lemon gelatin
3 cups boiling water
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 carton (16 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
3/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 large egg yolks, lightly beaten

Steps:

  • Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Dissolve gelatin in water; add pineapple. Pour into a 13x9-in. dish coated with cooking spray; chill until almost set, about 45 minutes. , In a bowl, beat cream cheese and whipped topping until smooth. Carefully spread over gelatin; chill for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, in a saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, lemon juice, water, flour, egg yolks and reserved pineapple juice; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook until thickened, about 1 minute. Cool. Carefully spread over cream cheese layer. Chill for at least 1 hour.

1 can (8 ounces) unsweetened crushed pineapple
1 package (.3 ounce) sugar-free lemon gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 medium carrots, grated

Steps:

  • Drain pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup juice; set pineapple and juice aside. In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cold water, vinegar, salt and reserved juice. Chill until partially thickened, about 45 minutes. Stir in carrots and reserved pineapple. Pour into a 3-cup mold coated with cooking spray. Chill until firm. Unmold to serve.

2 packages (3 ounces each) grape gelatin
2 cups boiling water
1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple
2 cups fresh blueberries
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Drain pineapple, reserving juice in a measuring cup; add enough water to measure 1 cup. Stir into gelatin. Add pineapple and blueberries. Transfer to an 11x7-in. dish; cover and refrigerate until firm., In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread over gelatin. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Just before serving, sprinkle with pecans.

1- 3 oz. pkg orange gelatin, can use sugarfree
1- 3 oz. pkg lemon gelatin, can use sugarfree
1/2 small head of cabbage, grated fine --or--
1 small bag(s) coleslaw mix, grated fine in a food processor
1 can(s) crushed pineapple, drained but save juice
1 large carrot, grated fine

Steps:

  • 1. Mix the dry jello flavors together. Add 2 cups of boiling water and stir until completely dissolved, about 2 minutes.
  • 2. Pour pineapple juice into a measuring cup and add cold water to measure 1 1/2 cups (since you are adding veggies, the liquid is reduced). Add this to the jello and stir to mix. Put into the refrigerator to slightly thicken to the consistency of egg whites.
  • 3. Stir in the cabbage, carrots and pineapple and mix thoroughly. Chill until set. If made in a pan, cut into squares and serve.

2 (3 ounce) packages raspberry gelatin powder
0.5 (8 ounce) envelope unflavored gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (15 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons whipped cream
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped

Steps:

  • Spray a 4-cup gelatin mold or a 9-inch square pan with vegetable oil cooking spray.
  • In a medium glass mixing bowl, combine the raspberry gelatin and unflavored gelatin. Add 1 cup boiling water and stir with a metal spoon continuously for 2 minutes, until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  • Stir in 1/2 cup cold water. Add the pineapple and juice, cranberry sauce, and walnuts. Stir with a metal spoon until all ingredients are completely incorporated.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared mold, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm.
  • About 1 hour before serving, invert the mold onto a serving platter and allow to sit at room temperature; the salad will release itself and come clean from the mold.
  • Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, whipped cream and walnuts in bowl. Spoon into the center of the mold.

2 packages (3 ounces each) cranberry gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 package (12 ounces) frozen raspberries, thawed and drained
1 cup ginger ale
1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1-1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
Additional whipped topping

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add hot gelatin mixture and beat until smooth. Stir in the raspberries, ginger ale, pineapple, pecans and vanilla. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until partially set., Fold in whipped topping and marshmallows. Transfer to a 13-in. x 9-in. dish coated with cooking spray. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm. Spread with additional whipped topping.

1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
1/2 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1/4 cup PLANTERS Dry Roasted Sunflower Kernels, toasted
8 large lettuce leaves

Steps:

  • Mix cottage cheese and dry gelatin mix until blended.
