PINEAPPLE CREAM ANGEL FOOD CAKE
Found this on another recipe site, just made a few changes to accomodate my family. The kids love this cake. I love that it has fewer calories and taste great! You could always top with blueberries and strawberries, or even raspberries. Hope you enjoy it.

Steps:
- 1. Mix pineapple and dry pudding mix in medium bowl with whisk until well blended. Stir in Cool Whip.
- 2. Cut cake horizontally into 3 layers.
- 3. Stack cake layers on plate, filling layers and topping with pudding mixture.
- 4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Top with berries just befor serving.
SAUTEED PINEAPPLE CREPE FILLING
Use this recipe as a filling for Dessert Crepes.

- Peel pineapple; cut into quarters lengthwise. Cut out core; cut each quarter in half lengthwise. Cut each piece crosswise into 1/4-inch-thick slices; set aside.
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add pineapple; toss to coat with butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar; toss to coat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until pineapple is lightly browned, about 8 minutes. Transfer to a bowl; keep warm until ready to serve.
