EASY CORN CASSEROLE
This casserole make the perfect side dish. Easy to make and great for any occasion.

Steps:
- In a large mixing bowl whisk together the flour, sugar, salt and pepper. Add milk, melted butter, frozen and creamed corn. Stir with a spoon. Add eggs and stir.
- Pour into a casserole dish. I used a 10 x 10 casserole dish and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes until the center is set and casserole is brown around the edges.
- I usually stir this halfway through the cooking process. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
PHIL'S EASY CORN CASSEROLE
I don't know Phil, but this recipe is a big hit with my sister and all who work with him! I have decided to make a small change and make two slices of bread into crumbs and put on the casserole with several dots of butter.

Steps:
- Drain whole kernel corn; Mix the cans of corn with the sugar.
- Whisk the flour into the milk, 1 tablespoon at a time; beat the eggs lightly and add to the milk, whisking till all is smooth.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees; Butter a 9X9" dish; Mix milk and corns together.
- Dot the top with several bits of butter, about 2 tablespoons.
- bake in the buttered dish for 60 minutes.
