PERFECT POTATOES (CROCKPOT)
This is a great and easy way to perk up a potato dish...something different from plain mashed potatoes.

Steps:
- 1. Line Crockpot with aluminum foil, leaving enough to overlap potatoes when finished.
- 2. Layer half each of the bacon, onions, potatoes and cheese in Crockpot. Season with salt and pepper and dot with half the butter.
- 3. Repeat layers of bacon, onions, potatoes and cheese. Season with salt and pepper and dot with remaining butter.
- 4. Overlap with remaining foil. Cover and cook on low setting for 10 to 12 hours.

- Prick the potatoes with a fork several times, then rub potatoes with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, and wrap tightly in foil. Place the potatoes into a slow cooker, cover, and cook on High for 4 1/2 to 5 hours, or on Low for 7 1/2 to 8 hours until tender.
