SAUSAGE PEPPERONI PIZZA DIP
This dip is like a deconstructed pizza, right down to the homemade pizza crust bites to enjoy it with.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Roll out pizza dough. Cut into 1-inch strips and arrange 1 inch apart on a greased baking sheet. In a small bowl, stir together olive oil, garlic and salt. Brush the dough with the garlic mixture. Bake for 12 minutes or according to package instructions. Cut into 1-inch squares with a knife or kitchen shears.
- While pizza dough bites are baking: In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
- In a 9x13-inch baking dish, spread cream cheese in an even layer. Top with pizza sauce in an even layer. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese. Top with pepperoni, sausage and red pepper. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Upon removing from oven, sprinkle with parmesan and red pepper flakes.

- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes. Ideally, the sour cream shouldn't be cold when it goes into the oven to maintain a smooth consistency. Spread on the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate, baking pan, or cast iron skillet.
- Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on top, then add the Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese.
- Add pepperoni or desired pizza toppings.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, until the top begins to brown.
- Optional: Garnish with additional red pepper flakes, freshly ground pepper, and roughly chopped parsley.
- Serve with crusty bread, pita/tortilla/bagel chips, or vegetables.

- Combine pizza sauce, pepperoni, green onions, olives and oregano in 2-quart slow cooker. Cover. cook on LOW 2 hours or on HIGH 1 to 1/2 hours or until mixture is heated through.
- Stir in mozzarella and cream cheese until melted and well blended. Serve with Breadstick Dippers. Breadstick Dippers 1 package refrigerated breadstick dough 2 teaspoons melted butter 2 teaspoons minced parsley Bake breadsticks according to package directions. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley.
