CHINESE PEPPERED GREEN BEANS
Bright, crisp and spicy with crushed green peppercorns, fresh red chile pepper and garlic, these green beans will add lots of flavor and color to your meal. If you can't find Chinese yardlong or 'snake' beans, then regular green beans will do just fine.

CHINESE PEPPERED GREEN BEANS
I get a kick out of serving these long beans to those who've never seen them as they're fairly new in our supermarket. This particular recipe was in one of those Supermarket CDs.

PEPPERED BACON GREEN BEANS
Peppered bacon is my favorite type of bacon. I love the smokey flavor with the spice of the peppercorns. This is a tried and true recipe. Always a hit, and easy to make. Frozen or canned green beans can be used. I have even used fresh before, just make sure you trim the ends before cooking. Enjoy.

I like the tangy taste of these green beans. The combination of flavors enhances the beans, and the colors make this side dish an attractive addition to any entree. -Chet Sioda, Tacoma, Washington
