1 lb. lean ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1-1/2 cups water
1 pkg. (14 oz.) KRAFT Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner Made With 2% Milk Cheese

Steps:

  • Brown meat with vegetables in large skillet; drain. Return to skillet.
  • Stir in water and garlic powder. Bring to boil. Stir in Penne; cover. Simmer 12 min. or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Add Sauce; cook and stir until heated through.

1 package (1 lb) penne pasta
1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
1 jar (14.5 oz) Alfredo sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray bottom of 12-inch cast-iron skillet with cooking spray.
  • In stockpot or Dutch oven, cook pasta to al dente as directed on package.
  • In large bowl, stir together both sauces and 1 cup of the cheese. Add cooked pasta; stir gently to combine. Pour into skillet.
  • Bake 25 minutes. Sprinkle remaining cup of cheese over top; bake 5 to 7 minutes longer or until cheese is bubbly. Serve immediately.

1 (16 ounce) box penne pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 pounds kielbasa, halved lengthwise and sliced crosswise
2 zucchini, halved lengthwise and sliced crosswise
2 yellow squash, halved lengthwise and sliced crosswise
1 (8 ounce) package sliced mushrooms
1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 (15 ounce) cans diced tomatoes with basil
½ cup white wine
1 teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon oregano
salt and ground black pepper to taste
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add penne and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 11 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add kielbasa and saute for 3 to 4 minutes. Add zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms, onion, bell pepper, and garlic; saute until vegetables soften, 5 to 6 minutes.
  • Add tomatoes, wine, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper; simmer for 20 minutes. Add cooked pasta and simmer for 10 more minutes.
  • Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.

1 jar (24 oz.) CLASSICO Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
2 cups water
3 cups penne pasta, uncooked
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Steps:

  • Brown meat in large skillet on medium heat; drain. Return meat to skillet.
  • Add pasta sauce and water; mix well. Stir in pasta.
