- Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute onion in oil until tender. Stir in wine or broth; cook for 1 minute. Drain pasta and add to the skillet. Add the remaining ingredients. Cook and stir over medium heat until heated through and slightly thickened.

- Sprinkle both sides of chicken with pepper. In a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, brown chicken on each side in 1 teaspoon oil. Remove and keep warm. , In the same skillet, saute tomatoes and garlic in remaining oil for 1 minute. Add carrots; saute 2-3 minutes longer. Combine the tomato sauce, broth, tomato paste and rosemary; stir into skillet. Bring to a boil. , Return chicken to the pan. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until chicken juices run clear and carrots are crisp-tender. Serve with pasta.

Steps:
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl; rub over chicken.
- Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken; cook 4 minutes, turning once.
- Remove from heat; set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium.
- Add garlic; sauté 30 seconds or until garlic is soft.
- Add tomatoes and wine, scraping pan to loosen browned bits. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes.
- Add chicken, and simmer 5 minutes.
- Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Drain.
- Toss pasta with sauce in a large bowl.
- Sprinkle with cheese and basil.
