4 cups quick-cooking oats
1 cup packed brown sugar
2/3 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup plus 2/3 cup peanut butter, divided
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 package (11 ounces) butterscotch chips
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped salted peanuts

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the oats, brown sugar, butter, 1/2 cup peanut butter, corn syrup and vanilla. Press into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake at 375° for 12-14 minutes or until mixture is bubbly around the edges., In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butterscotch and chocolate chips; stir until smooth. Stir in peanuts and remaining peanut butter; spread over the oat mixture. Cool for 10 minutes; chill until set.

2 c graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c sugar
1/4 c cocoa powder
1 1/4 stick butter
1 bag(s) peanut butter chips
1 bag(s) milk chocolate chips
1 can(s) sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 c coarsely chopped cocktail peanuts
***PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES***

Steps:

  • 1. For Crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs. cocoa, margarine and sugar in a medium bowl and mix well. Press mixture in a 9x13 baking pan.
  • 2. For Topping: Microwave 1/2 cup of each: chocolate and peanut butter morsels along with sweetened condensed milk and vanilla in a microwave safe bowl on high for 1 minute. Stir until morsels melt. (may have to microwave 10-20 seconds longer) Pour evenly over crust. Top with chopped nuts and another 1/2 cup of each type morsel. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees then let cool completely on a wire rack. Cut into bars.
  • 3. **Note** If you can find peanut butter and chocolate morsels mixed together in 1 bag (it will be 1 cup of mixed morsels in place of 1/2 cup of each type morsel)

1 package (14 ounces) caramels
1/4 cup water
3/4 cup peanut butter, divided
4 cups Cheerios
1 cup salted peanuts
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips or 1 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter, softened

Steps:

  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, microwave caramels, water and 1/2 cup peanut butter on high for 45 seconds; stir. Microwave 1 to 1-1/2 minutes longer or until melted. Add cereal and peanuts; toss to coat. Spread into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. pan; set aside., In another microwave-safe bowl, melt chips, butter and remaining peanut butter on high for 20-50 seconds; stir until smooth. Spread over cereal mixture. Refrigerate before cutting.

1 package (16 oz) creme-filled peanut butter sandwich cookies
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ yellow cake mix
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 eggs
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1 box (4 oz) candy-coated peanut butter pieces
1/2 cup peanut butter chips

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. In food processor, place cookies and melted butter. Cover; process using quick on-and-off motions until coarse damp crumbs form. Reserve 1/2 cup mixture for top. Press remaining crumb mixture in bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch pan.
  • In large bowl, beat cake mix, peanut butter and eggs with electric mixer on medium speed until well combined. Press mixture over crust in pan. Drizzle with sweetened condensed milk. Sprinkle peanut butter pieces, peanut butter chips and remaining crumb mixture evenly over top.
  • Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until edges are light golden brown and center is set. Cool completely, about 1 hour, before cutting. Cut into 5 rows by 3 rows.

  • Butter 9- or 8-inch square pan.
  • In 3-quart saucepan, heat corn syrup and sugar just to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.

2 cups (12 ounces) chocolate chips
2 cups (12 ounces) butterscotch chips
1 jar (18 ounces) creamy peanut butter
1 jar (24 ounces) dry roasted peanuts
1 package (2 pounds) confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract or maple flavoring
1 cup butter, cubed
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup cook-and-serve vanilla pudding mix

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, melt chocolate and butterscotch chips with peanut butter over low heat. Spread half in a greased 15x10x1-in. pan; chill until firm. Stir in peanuts into remaining melted mixture and set aside. Place sugar and vanilla or maple flavoring in a large bowl; set aside. In a small saucepan, combine butter, milk and pudding mix; bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute. Add to bowl and beat until smooth; spread over chilled layer in pan. Chill until firm. Cover with reserved peanut/chocolate mixture. Refrigerate until serving. Cut into bars.
