1 package (16 ounces) miniature pretzels
1-1/2 cups butter, melted
1-1/2 cups peanut butter
3 cups confectioners' sugar
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon shortening

Steps:

  • Line a 13x9-in. baking pan with foil, letting ends extend up sides. Set aside 1-1/2 cups pretzels for topping. Pulse remaining pretzels in a food processor until fine crumbs form. In a large bowl, mix butter, peanut butter, confectioners' sugar and pretzel crumbs., Press into prepared pan. In a microwave, melt chocolate chips and shortening; stir until smooth. Spread over peanut butter layer. Break reserved pretzels and sprinkle over top; press down gently. Refrigerate, covered, until set, about 1 hour. Lifting with foil, remove from pan. Cut into 48 bars.

2 cups milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 cups white chocolate chips (divided use)
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups coarsely broken pretzel twists.

Steps:

  • Spray an 8x8-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • Cover with waxed paper.
  • Spray the paper with cooking spray and set aside.
  • Set the oven to warm.
  • Melt the chocolate chips in an oven proof bowl in the microwave, stirring often until smooth and "drippy"
  • Place in the oven to keep warm.
  • Melt 1 cup of the white chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring often until smooth.
  • Place in the oven to keep warm.
  • Melt the 1/4 cup peanut butter with the remaining cup of white chocolate, stirring to blend.
  • Place in the oven to keep warm.
  • Spread the chocolate mixture evenly over the waxed paper.
  • Sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups of the pretzels.
  • Drizzle the white chocolate over the top.
  • Drizzle the peanut butter mixture over that and used a knife to swirl the mixtures together gently.
  • Sprinkle the remaining pretzels over the top and press lightly.
  • Chill until the chocolate has hardened.
  • Break in pieces to serve.

16 ounces white chocolate chips
1 ½ cups peanut butter
8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Grease a baking sheet and line with parchment paper.
  • Mix white chocolate chips and peanut butter together in a microwave-safe bowl; heat in microwave until half-melted, 30 seconds to 1 minutes. Stir.
  • Place semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl; heat in microwave until half-melted, 15 to 30 seconds. Stir vanilla extract into half-melted semi-sweet chocolate.
  • Spread peanut butter mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Evenly distribute melted semi-sweet chocolate over peanut butter mixture. Using the tip of a sharp knife, drag semi-sweet chocolate through peanut butter mixture making a marble-pattern.

1 (10 ounce) bag peanut butter chips (Reese's)
2 tablespoons peanut butter (or more, 1/4 cup)
3 cups broken and thin pretzel sticks
1 cup peanuts (optional)

Steps:

  • Pour chocolate and peanut butter chips in large bowl and microwave until smooth (2-3 minute will appear lumpy-DO NO OVERCOOK).
  • Stir chips mix and add peanut butter, pretzels and peanuts.
  • Mix together well and spread on wax paper (best if on a cookie sheet with extra room to lift off sheet).
