3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup whole milk
1 banana
Whipped cream and chopped honey-roasted peanuts, for topping

Steps:

  • Put the ice cream, peanut butter, milk and banana in a blender and mix on high speed until fully combined. Pour into glasses, top with whipped cream and chopped peanuts and serve immediately.

4 slices white bread
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup banana slices
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked
1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk

Steps:

  • Spread bread with peanut butter; fill with bananas and bacon to make 2 sandwiches. Press edges of sandwiches together to seal.
  • Heat large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Whisk egg and milk in pie plate until well blended. Add sandwiches, 1 at a time, turning to evenly moisten.
  • Add sandwiches to skillet; cook 2 min. on each side or until golden brown.

2 ripe bananas
1 cup sugar
½ cup unsalted butter, melted, plus 1 tablespoon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¾ cup flour
¼ cup cocoa powder, plus 1 tablespoon
⅛ teaspoon salt
½ cup creamy peanut butter

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • In a bowl, use a fork to mash the bananas. Add the sugar, ½ cup (115 g) of butter, and vanilla, and whisk until combined.
  • Add the flour, salt, and cocoa powder, and whisk until fully incorporated.
  • Use the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter to grease a 9x9-inch (23x23 cm) baking tray.
  • Use the remaining 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder to dust every side of the baking tray.
  • Pour batter into prepared baking dish.
  • Use a spoon to add dollops of peanut butter on top of the batter. Use a butter knife to swirl the peanut butter into the brownie batter.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, until center no longer jiggles when pan is shaken.
  • Allow brownies to cool completely before cutting.

4 ounces whole peanut butter
2 slices Texas Toast or 1/2-inch-thick bread
1 whole ripe banana
4 ounces whole butter

Steps:

  • Spread peanut butter side to side, evenly on 1 side of each piece of bread. Slice banana in 3/4-inch slices and place on 1 piece of bread with peanut butter. Banana slices should be close together, and cover 1 side completely (usually 9 slices). Top with the other slice of bread.
  • Heat butter in saute pan on medium heat. Place sandwich in pan and brown for approximately 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown. Add 2 ounces of butter to the pan and flip sandwich to other side and continue cooking for 2 to 5 minutes or until golden brown and peanut butter is melting. Cut into quarters and serve very hot.

1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup strawberry jelly (or whatever you prefer)
8 slices Texas toast thick bread
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup butter
confectioners' sugar (to garnish)

Steps:

  • Spread 1 tablespoons peanut butter on each of 4 bread slices.
  • Spread 1 tablespoons jelly on each of remaining 4 bread slices.
  • Place peanut butter coated and jelly coated sides of bread together to form 4 sandwiches.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together cream and eggs.
  • In a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat on stovetop, melt 1 tablespoons butter.
  • Dip sandwich in egg mixture, and cook in skillet for 1 to 2 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
  • Repeat with remaining sandwiches.
  • Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar, if desired.
