PEACHY FROZEN YOGURT

3 cups Cascadian Farm™ frozen organic peaches, partially thawed
1 container (2 lb) Yoplait® 99% Fat Free creamy vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup honey

Steps:

  • Place 11/2 cups of peaches in food processor with yogurt and honey. Process until smooth. Finely chop remaining peaches and stir into yogurt mixture. Pour into a 2-quart pan. Cover and freeze 4 hours, or until firm.
  • Break frozen mixture into small pieces and place in food processor. Pulse until fluffy. Return mixture to pan and freeze, covered, 6 hours or until firm.
  • Let frozen yogurt stand at room temperature 15 minutes before serving.
