Sweet and fun peach mango lemonade

4 lemons (cut in quarters and de-seeded)
1 large mango (pitted and skinned)
4 ripe peaches (pitted and skinned)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
4 cups cold water
1 cup crushed ice
1/4 cup raspberries and sliced strawberries (optional)

Steps:

  • Toss everything in the blender or food processor except for the berries and blend until a very smooth consistency. It should look a bit like a smoothie.
  • Strain the lemonade over your pitcher. Save the bits for baking or making jam later (I used mine for pie and an addition to jam)
  • Put the berries in the bottom of your glass and mash. Pour the peach mango lemonade over the berries and enjoy!

PEACH MANGO LEMONADE is a refreshingly easy recipe for a sweet summer drink that will become your favorite refreshment!

2 large mangoes
3 large peaches
2 small lemons
1 can lemonade concentrate

Steps:

  • Remove skin and seed from mangoes. I just peel the skin, and the cut the mango off from the seed.
  • Remove seed from the peach and cut into quarters, leave the skin on.
  • In a blender add lemonade concentrate, mangoes, peaches and 2 cans of water, use the can from the lemonade concentrate. Mix ingredients for 30-45 seconds or until well combined.
  • Strain lemonade through strainer to remove any large pieces and pulp. Pour lemonade into a pitcher, add one more can of water using the lemonade concentrate can. Stir to combine, add ice if needed or set in the refrigerator to chill.
  • Be sure to stir well right before serving. Enjoy!

⅔ cup sugar
⅓ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 mango (peeled, pitted and sliced)
2 yellow peaches (peeled, pitted and sliced)

Steps:

  • In a blender combine water, sugar, lemon juice, mangoes, and peaches. Hold the lid on tight and pulse until smooth.
  • Place a fine mesh strainer over a large bowl and pour the pureed mixture through the strainer to remove the pulp. Discard pulp and transfer lemonade to a pitcher or glasses. Serve cold and with ice if desired.

2 Mexican Mangoes (Peeled And Sliced)
1 cup Lemon Juice (Freshly Squeezed)

1 cup white sugar
7 cups water, divided
1 ¼ cups freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 fresh peaches, peeled and pitted
sliced peaches for garnish

Steps:

  • Place sugar in a saucepan. Pour in 1 cup water. Turn heat to medium and stir continuously until sugar granules are dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool.
  • Pour lemon juice into a pitcher. Pour in remaining 6 cups water.

5 cups cold water
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1 1/2 cups sugar (dissolved in 1/2 boiling water in saucepan, over low heat)

  • Mix pulp with the 5 cups water and dissolved sugar.
  • Add the lime juice.
  • Serve with cracked ice.

Made this for a luau and it had rave reviews, so I thought I'd write it down to not forget how I made it.

1 can(s) 82.5 oz (5lb 2.5 oz) country time lemonade
5 can(s) barcardi mixers frozen peach daquari
2 box(es) 64 oz jumex mango nectar
5 bottle(s) 2 liter ginger ale or seltzer water
2 pound(s) frozen mixed fruit (optional)

Steps:

  • In a 5 gallon cooler, pour the entire can of lemonade. Add the Bacardi Mixers and one of the Mango Nectars. Stir until the lemonade is all wet. (There should be no dry powder left in the corners)
  • Add all five bottles of ginger ale/seltzer water. Mix thoroughly. Add the last box of Mango Nectar and stir.
  • If you'll be serving in a punch bowl. Add the frozen fruit to the punch bowl with the lemonade.
