Uh oh, jelly, look out! Peanut butter and marshmallow make quite a pair in these scrumptious, crispy chocolate-covered sandwich treats.

Yield Makes 9 servings, one cracker sandwich each.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 tub (7 oz.) BAKER'S Milk Chocolate Dipping Chocolate
18 round buttery crackers
6 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
6 Tbsp. JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme

Steps:

  • Melt chocolate as directed on package. Use fork to dip 1 of the crackers into chocolate, turning to evenly coat cracker with chocolate. Gently shake cracker over dip container to remove excess chocolate. Place on wax paper-covered baking sheet.
  • Repeat with remaining crackers and chocolate. Refrigerate 30 min. or until chocolate is firm.
  • Spread each of 9 of the crackers with 1 tsp. each of the peanut butter and marshmallow creme. Top with remaining crackers to make nine sandwiches.

1 cup JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
36 round buttery crackers, crushed (about 1-1/2 cups)
1/2 cup miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted

Steps:

  • Mix marshmallow creme and peanut butter in medium bowl until well blended. Stir in cracker crumbs and chocolate chips.
  • Press crumb mixture lightly into 9-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray; drizzle with chocolate.
  • Let stand at room temperature 30 min. before cutting into squares.

96 Ritz crackers
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup marshmallow creme
2 pounds milk chocolate candy coating, melted
Holiday sprinkles, optional

Steps:

  • Spread half of the crackers with peanut butter. Spread remaining crackers with marshmallow creme; place creme side down over peanut butter crackers, forming a sandwich. Place on waxed paper-lined pans; freeze for 15 minutes or until firm., Dip sandwiches in melted candy coating, allowing excess to drip off. If desired, drizzle with additional candy coating and decorate with sprinkles. Store in an airtight container.

2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup butter, cubed
1 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs (about 10 whole crackers)
1 package (10 ounces) miniature marshmallows

Steps:

  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, butter and peanut butter. Cover and microwave on high for 1-1/2 minutes; stir until well blended. Stir in vanilla. Add cracker crumbs and marshmallows; stir until coated. Spread into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. pan. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm. Cut into bars.
