1 shot citrus vodka
1 shot white cranberry juice
1 shot passion fruit juice
1/2 shot orange liqueur
1 tablespoon cherry juice
Orange peel twist, for garnish

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients except orange peel twist in a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into martini glass. Garnish with orange peel twist.

12 ounces brewed Tazo Passion herbal tea (spices, passion fruit and hibiscus flavor)
6 ounces fresh orange juice
3 ounces peach nectar
1 1/2 ounces simple syrup infused with fresh ginger
Orange slices, for garnish

Steps:

  • boil 50/50 sugar and water to dissolve, add 1-inch piece peeled, sliced, fresh ginger and steep 30 minutes, remove ginger
  • Shake ingredients with ice in shaker tin. Pour into wine glasses, garnish with thin orange wheel.

3 passion fruits , halved
1 lemon , juiced
1 egg white
100ml alcohol-free spirit
2 tsp sugar syrup
handful of ice
sparkling grape juice , to serve

Steps:

  • Scoop the flesh from four of the passion fruit halves into a cocktail shaker. Add the lemon juice, egg white, spirit and syrup and shake vigorously until frothy.
  • Add the ice, then shake again until the outside of the shaker feels cold. Double strain into martini glasses (see tip below).
  • Top up the martinis with the grape juice and garnish with the remaining passion fruit halves.

1 liter fresh fruit juice
2 liters lemon/lime soda

Steps:

  • Pour one liter of fresh fruit juice (orange, grapefruit, strawberry, etc.) into a large punchbowl. Add 2 liters of your favorite lemon/lime soda (try diet for an even healthier option). Scoop in a pint of your favorite fruit sorbet (raspberry, orange or lime are all great flavors) and serve.
