A VERY TASTY dip or spread which can be used with crackers or baquettes. Easy preparation and is great for any party, shower, wedding reception or just to have as a snack at home!

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 ounces sour cream
2 ounces parmesan cheese, grated
2 ounces spring onions, chopped
4 ounces ham, chopped
8 ounces crushed pineapple, drained

Steps:

  • Mix softened cream cheese and sour cream well.
  • Add parmesan, onion and ham. Drain pineapple well and add to mixture.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours for flavors to meld. Use as a dip or spread on crackers or baguettes.

12 ounces luncheon meat
smuckers pineapple jam
12 ounces Ritz crackers

Steps:

  • mash the luncheon meat very well in a bowl.
  • put in the cream cheese softened.
  • mix everything well.
  • pour onto a platter very nicely.
  • top with the pineapple jelly.
  • serve with ritz crackers to dip into.

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese (softened)
16 ounces sour cream
1 cup finely chopped ham
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple (drained)
1/2 cup crushed walnuts (pecans can substitute)
Ritz crackers or Club crackers

Steps:

  • Mix cream cheese to smooth.
  • Add sour cream & mix until no lumps remain.
  • Fold in ham & drained pineapple. Mix well. Spread into pretty glass bowl or platter.
  • Top with nuts.
  • Chill for 2 hours.
  • Serve on crackers.

2 tablespoons butter
2 ½ cups cooked and cubed ham
2 green onions, chopped
1 cup pineapple chunks, drained
1 ⅓ cups pineapple juice
4 teaspoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
2 tablespoons cornstarch

Steps:

  • Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute the ham, onions and pineapple chunks in the butter for about 5 minutes.
  • In a separate medium bowl, combine the pineapple juice, vinegar, brown sugar, mustard and cornstarch. Stir this together well and pour over the ham mixture in the skillet. Stir well and allow to heat through and thicken, about 5 minutes.
