3 cups fresh white breadcrumbs
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (about 3 ounces)
6 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
4 teaspoons onion powder
1 tablespoon Hungarian sweet paprika
1 tablespoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) butter
9 tablespoons Dijon mustard
24 chicken drumsticks

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter 2 large baking sheets. Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper in large bowl and stir to blend. Melt butter in small saucepan over medium-low-heat. Remove saucepan from heat. Add mustard and whisk to blend. Brush drumsticks generously with butter mixture, then roll in breadcrumb mixture coating completely. Arrange drumsticks on prepared baking sheets.
  • Bake drumsticks until golden brown and cooked through, about 1 hour. Serve warm or at room temperature.

6 chicken drumsticks
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste
poultry seasoning
paprika
all-purpose seasoning
garlic powder
onion powder

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F. Prepare a baking sheet with foil and spray with baking spray.
  • Place chicken drumsticks in a large bowl, and pour olive oil salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, paprika, all-purpose seasoning, garlic powder and onion powder all over. Coat the chicken generously.
  • Place drumsticks on the foil lined baking sheet and bake for 50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F when a meat thermometer is inserted.
  • Remove the drumsticks from the oven and allow them to rest for 5 minutes before serving and enjoying with sides.

olive oil, to coat bottom of pan
8 chicken drumsticks, rinsed, patted dry
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons icing sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon chili powder (if you like food very spicy, up to 1 1/2 tsps)
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder or 3/4 teaspoon garlic granules
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 440°F (225C).
  • Pour enough olive oil into a foil-lined 9 X 13-inch baking pan to just coat bottom.
  • Mix flour, icing sugar, chili powder, salt, oregano, basil, garlic powder, cumin, ginger and ground pepper in a heavy-duty plastic bag; shake chicken pieces in the bag, a few at a time, until evenly coated. Give chicken a sharp rap against the side of bag when removing to shake off excess coating.
  • Place the drumsticks in the olive oil; bake 30 minutes. Turn drumsticks and bake 15 minutes more until pieces are fork-tender.
