1 cup frozen orange juice concentrate (slightly softened)
1 cup yogurt (you can use orange-flavor yogurt, or any flavor desired)
1 cup softened vanilla ice cream
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
sugar (optional)

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender; pulse until well combined.
  • Divide the mixture between the popsicle molds, and then lightly knock the molds to release any air bubbles.
  • Freeze until almost solid but still soft enough to insert a stick.
  • Insert a large stick in the middle and place back in the freezer until completely frozen and solid (about 8 hours or overnight).

1 cup cream
2 egg whites* (See Disclaimer)
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Juice of 3 oranges (1 cup orange juice)
Zest of 1 orange

Steps:

  • In a bowl, beat the cream with a whisk until soft peaks form. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form. Add the honey and vanilla extract and continue beating until firm peaks form.
  • Combine the egg whites mixture to the cream and add the orange juice and orange zest.
  • Using a popsicle mold or wax paper cups, fill the molds and insert the popsicle sticks. Place in the freezer overnight and serve.

1 - 6 oz can(s) frozen orange juice or frozen lemonade
1 - 6 oz can(s) milk
1 - 6 oz can(s) vodka
1/2 c powdered sugar
1 c water
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 c ice, or add to desired thickness

Steps:

  • 1. Place frozen O J in blender container. Use O J can to measure & add milk, vodka & water. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Blend for a minute then add ice until desired consistancy is reached. Keep blending until completely smooth. Enjoy!
