This easy NO BAKE Skor Bar Dessert will make your life simple! Layered chocolate cake, pudding, cream cheese, broken Skor bars and whipped cream create a quick and easy dessert that's the perfect last minute dessert for bringing along to a potluck or any gathering.

Number Of Ingredients 7

300 g chocolate loaf cake or pound cake
8 whole Skor candy bars, (reserve 2 for garnish) (*Can substitute Heath bars (see NOTES))
3 cups whipping cream
3 tbsp white granulated sugar
2 - 40 g boxes of instant chocolate pudding
4 cups milk (1 or 2%)
8 oz pkg of cream cheese (softened)

Steps:

  • Break up chocolate cake and add to the bottom of a 9X13 pan.
  • Beat milk and chocolate pudding powder together until set.
  • Then beat softened cream cheese and chocolate pudding together
  • Spread cream cheese pudding mixture evenly over broken cake bits.
  • Break up the Skor bars into small pieces(*I put the chocolate bars in a ziplock and hit them with a hammer to break them up)
  • Sprinkle 6 broken/chopped Skor bars over pudding/cream cheese layer.
  • Beat whipping cream to soft peaks and add white granulated sugar. Beat to stiff peaks.
  • Spread whipped cream over Skor layer.

It doesn't get any easier! I got this recipe from a co-worker before Christmas and I was amazed that anything this easy could taste so good. The bar is very rich so cut into tiny squares.

1 (250 g) box Ritz crackers
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (225 g) package Skor English toffee bits (baking aisle next to the chocolate chips)

Steps:

  • Grease a 9" square pan.
  • Dump Ritz crackers into food processor and grind finely or crush finely with a rolling pin.
  • Mix with Skor bits and can of sweetened condensed milk.
  • Press firmly into prepared pan.
  • Store in refrigerator and cut into small squares.

24 regular salted soda crackers
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat ove to 350. Line a 13 x9 inch pan with Parchment paper for easy clean up. Arrange crackers evenly in pan.
  • In saucepan over medium heat melt butter. Stir in brown sugar until melted and smooth. Bring mixture to a boil stirring constantly until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Boil for 2 minutes and then pour mixture evenly over cracker.
  • Bake in oven for 5 minutes.
  • Sprinkle chocolate pieces evenly over caramel mixture. Return to oven just long enough for chocolate to melt. Spread chocolate evenly with spatula.
  • Place pan in refrigerator or freezer until chocolate is firm. Cut or break into pieces.
  • Cooking time is cooling time.
