- Mix the wine, O.J. and ginger ale.
- Slice orange and throw inches.
- Serve on ice, garnish with sliced fruit.
- Note: I keep frozen berries (raspberries and strawberries) in the freezer, and often throw some of those in too!

- This makes a large amount of Sangria, make sure you have a container large enough to accomodate the ingredients.
- Mix all the ingredients and let chill in the refrigerator for a few hours.
- Add fruit if you'd like.
- Use your imagination and ENJOY!

Steps:
- Put the chopped fruit in a bowl and sprinkle over the sugar and cinnamon, then stir to coat. Cover and leave to macerate in the fridge for at least 1 hr, or ideally overnight.
- Fill a large jug with ice. Stir the macerated fruit mixture to ensure the sugar is dissolved, then tip into the jug with the wine and brandy. Stir, then top up with the sparkling water and serve.

Steps:
- In a 2 quart glass measure, add 1/2 cup wine, brandy, Triple Sec, and sugar. Place in microwave and heat on high for 1 minute or until mixture is warm. Stir, dissolving sugar, and add remaining wine, juices, cloves, allspice, and cinnamon.
- Chill for at least 2 hours and strain into a pitcher discarding spices. Stir in sparkling water and remaining ingredients, serve immediately.
