NANA'S PECAN PIE
Steps:
- Combine all ingredients together into a medium sauce pan, medium heat. Heat just enough to melt all ingredients.
- Then pour into your un-baked pie shells.
- Bake at 425* for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 325* for 40 minutes. Each oven temperature varies. Place on cooling rack for 30 minutes.

NANA'S PECAN PIE
My Grandmother (Nana) made this pie and is the best ever. She lived with 8 or 10 pecan trees in her yard. She never cook with a recipe but my mother tooked some of her recipes down. May God Bless. Buzz

Steps:
- Preheat oven 375 Beat eggs with surgar & salt. Add rest of ingredients. Pour into unbaked pieshell.
- Bake in 375 oven for 30 minutes. Turn over temp down to 300 and bake for 30 more minutes. Note: Nana would put pecan halves on top before she baked the pie.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350º.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sugar, eggs, butter, buttermilk, coconut, pecans, flour, vanilla, and salt. Pour into the pie crust.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until the pie is golden brown and the center is barely set. Let cool for 40-45 minutes before serving.
