SEMI-COPYCAT SPORKY PIZZA FROM BERTUCCI'S

Semi-Copycat Sporky Pizza from Bertucci's image

This was my favorite pizza when I lived in Boston. I've tried to get our local pizza places to make and sell it, but to no avail. They just make the same old - same old pizza! I have not included oven temp or time to cook because it all depends on the pizza you buy.

MY VERSION OF BERTUCCI'S SPORKY PIZZA

My Version of Bertucci's Sporky Pizza image

I buy Celeste individual sized cheese-topped pizzas when they are on sale and store them in the freezer. When I want a good snack or quick lunch, I pull one out and top it this way. The amounts can be change to suit your taste and the size of your pizza. I only put in the amounts because the recipe won't be accepted without them.
